Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
I got beaten up by boyfrienf was taken by ambulance to emerg room had two black eyes lots of facial contusions and bloody nose. cops took photos and district attny took followup photos. he is in jail and they just offered him an offer of no prison time. it is the second time he has been arrested for abuse. why?
