Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
Hi my name is bella...... my aunt is in jail with 3 chagers , 11360(A) HS, 11359 HS, and 273A PC.. she was a pasanger in a car that was involve with sell/trans poss marijuana for sale... its wasnt her car she was just a pasanger in the car and the r giving her those charges .. my question is what do you think she is facing and a recomendation on this case....

She could be looking at anything from probation and time served up to 3 years if she is convicted in this case.
Or - she could get nothing if she beats the charges. There is just no way to know what defenses she may have or how strong the case is based on just what you wrote. She needs a lawyer. She needs the best you can find - look for somebody that routinely practices in the court where the case is and somebody that handles exclusively criminal law.
