Bench warrent
what does it mean / happens when a bench warrent is issued for the defendant ? My ticket said to appear on the 14th of the month but the court had it for the 12th of the month so I have a BFTA warrent what should I do about this?

Have the matter reset on the court calendar and explain to the court why you did not appear. The sooner that you do this the better chance you have of convincing the judge that it was an honest mistake.
