Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
i used my bf's cc while he was in jail and was not able to make the payments. He reported the card stolen because he is worried about his credit rating. I told him i would take responsibility so i'm going along with whatever he wants to do. The issuing bank has called me and told me to cooperate but i havent called them yet. How long before a warrant is issued for my arrest?

It depends on what the bank does. You need an attorney immediately!
