what could happen if i am in the military and charged with telling a female marine i would let her command know about her adultry if she didnt let me listen to her have sex over the phone. keep in mind she had already agreed to doing it before. she was having the affair with me. the evidence i have are pictures she sent me of herself naked and video

I am not sure what the prosecution would charge you with, a about 20 years in a psych facility sounds about right to me.
