Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

I was under a blanket with my girlfriend for a few minutes in a park, I got a citizens arrest & charged with public indecency, by 7 witnesses from a distance saying I was having sex. But I have 2 witnesses that were way closer that say we weren't. What are my chances of winning? (From a law point of view)

Sorry - "chances" and a legal analysis are two different things.

From a legal standpoint, you're facing sex charges that could haunt you the rest of your life if you're convicted. The prosecution must prove beyond a reasonable doubt that younger engaged in lewd conduct in a public place. Can they do that based on all the evidence? I don't know - that's why you need to discuss all this in detail with an attorney face to face.

A lot may also depend not only on what the witnesses say, but what they're saying you and your girl said.

Focus on finding a good criminal defense attorney that routinely practices in the court where your case will be heard.
