blood test

more specificly is it legal for a officer

to not give u a choice of blood or

urine test for 11550h&s i took the

blood test because he said i would be

violated and had no choice in the

matter of taking a urine. then

anpother officer was like '' hes takling

a blood test'' and the arresting officer

said '' well the DA prefers blood''. I

would rather have took the urine.

You have the option normally of taking either the blood or urine test when an officer thinks you're under the influence of drugs. Many people are afraid of needles and a urine test is permisable.
