Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
I let someone borrow my table. He claims I gave it to them. My friend made it and gave it to me. Is her testimony enough evidence to prove to the police it belonged to me? There is also a witness that will testify that she was there when I let this person borrow the table. Not give it to her.

This is not a police matter. You will have to litigate....this is a he said/she said...a threat of litigation demanding property back may work, but you have to be ready to follow through
