Borrowed Money

This guy borrowed money from me on numberous occasions I have wire transfer copies and checks I was unable to cash which he has written to me; he claims he is going to claim bankruptcy if I come after him can he do this and what are my options?

Bankruptcy is an empty threat, most likely. Contact a bankruptcy lawyer to see whether indeed he could discharge his debt to you in that way. Filing for bankruptcy also costs a lot of money and generally does not make sense for someone who does not have assets to protect.

Looks like the guy wrote lots of bad checks which is a crime. You could report him to police to investigate filing possible charges against him.
