Health & Safety Code 11550, under the influence of a controlled substance, carries a minimum sentence of 90 days, up to a maximum of a year.
His lawyer is in a better posittion to say what the sentence might be, but it's probably unlikely the judge will give him a third chance after he blew it off twice.
