Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

my boyfriend has a 49b1 code but has not been released. He is beeing held with no bail. He is on paroll which he is in violation but when he was pulled over, he ran from them and was found by the police dogs which chewed hi up pretty good. The dogs continued to attack even after he was hand cuffed. Could this be something to his benefit having to be attacked by the k-9s the way they did? What do you think could happen with this case overall as far as fiing charges and what not? How di we get hi a bail amount to try to bail him out?

Even though there are no new charges pending at this time (they might be filed in the future, but I can't guess), he can still be violated and sent back for up to a year. If he has a parole hold, you can't bail him out until and unless the hold is lifted.
