Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
My boyfriend just got caught selling cocaine and then they found more at hes house and money they got convicted, but now the police want him to help they caught the guy who sell him the drug and he agree. So now what is gonna happen to him is he going to jail? how long? he has a clean record.

The police can't make him any promises about the possible outcome of his case - only the DA can. He needs to talk to a criminal defense attorney about his situation. Otherwise, he could put himself in harm's way and end up facing the exact same charges and get only an "oh well" from the police.
