Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

My boyfriend & a friend of mine and I all arrested for kidnapping a women it not true what happen was the girl had taken my car. when my boyfriend went to her house she got in the car on her own free will. no one said she could not leave she stayed and party with us she used the phone when she wanted it but after i told her we where going to the police to report my car stolen she left the house and went to the police and said we kidnapped her.

The three of you need lawyers right away. You might each need separate counsel, depending upon the facts. If you can't afford counsel, the court will appoint someone for you.

Do not speak with the police until you have a lawyer.

Get yourself a lawyer immediately. Visit the Superior Court in your county and obtain a court appointed attorney if you are low on money. JUST GET A LAWYER! To not attempt to handle this on your own.

I agree with all of the above. Not only should you not talk to the police about it but don't talk about it on line or with the woman. The police and DA may be checking in. Talk only with your lawyer.
