Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

My boyfriend wants the gifts he bought me back he said he is going to bring the sherriffs can he do that? He is probally going to lie and say I stole from him.

Your boyfriend sounds like a childish jerk.

The sheriff probably won't come with him, but in my experience, grown men who throw tantrums like this tend to abuse women, too. His threats are another example of an attempt to scare and control you.

Give him the stuff back and tell him YOU will be the one calling the sheriff if he ever shows his face around your house again.
