The prosecutors likely have a lot more evidence than you've listed. But even if all they have is one eyewitness who recognizes him, and even if the other witnesses have nothing useful to say (there are probably other things they can testify about), there's a good chance he will remain behind bars for a very, very long time.

But if there are three attempted murder charges he was just picked up on, unlikely he would be released any time soon based on Own Recognizance.
