Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
My boyfriend just went to jail Oct 9,2015 his charge 243(E)(1) misd, bail 3,500. He has not been arrested in 7 years and before that he gave 12 years to CDC and discharged his #. Will they let him out on his first court date Oct 15,2015 with classes because I didn't press charges.
