Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
my boyfriend took the keys to my work truck while i was sleeping and left in the vehicle. i work for my mother and the truck is in the business name. he was not authorized to use it in any way. can i report this vehicle stolen ? or does it have to be reported by the business owner?
