Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
My boyfriend lost trail and is in jail for 2 felonies..burglary and possetion of stolen items...he has never been in trouble before with the law and has been in jail for 36 days..his sentencing is this friday..what will he get?or will he be let out?does he qualify for work project??

His sentence depends on a number of factors, including the exact charges (residential burglary is punished much more severely than commercial burglary), his record and the circumstances of the crime.
He might get probation or he might go to prison.
