Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
My boyfriend is in prison he was suposto get out on feb. 6, 2013, the police said he said some threading words to a police officer . The point is he didn't physically harm an officer he complied with everything they ask. And they still put him in the hole and he doesn't know when his getting out. Can we fight this so he can come home on time?

Without more facts I can't offer any useful guidance. Making threats can qualify as a crime even without any physical harm. I have no idea whether that happened here.
Your boyfriend should discuss this with the lawyer who represented him at the time of sentencing.
