Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
My boyfriend is doing state time in L A county jail. He got three years with half time and 78 days credit But the jail never gave him his credits his release date is 8/4/13 he went to jail on 2/13/12 was sentenced on 3/22/12 If you do the math he did not get his credits. I talked to his PD he said he called the jail and they said he all ready got it. who would i talk to so he can get them applied to his time. that almost three months
