Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
My boyfriend has threatened to blackmail me with personal information about my past. He said he's going to tell my parents and friends things I've done over three years ago. First of all, it's absolutely none of his business and secondly, he's on probation and i really want to take advantage of that. Are his actions illegal?
