Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

To bring my case back to court.

My case has already been to court. What can I do to drop the charges against me, anything? The charges pressed against me were 2 years outside court probation and i was charged with assault and battery. Can I get this dropped? How could I go about getting this taken off my record?

Thank you for your posting and your inquiry.

I don't think it's entirely clear from your question exactly what happened here. Did you plead guilty, and now you want to get the charges dropped? If you are finished with probation, you may be eligible for an expungement, depending on the exact charges filed and your terms of probation, but you should see an attorney to advise you with details.

I hope that this information helps you, but if you have further questions, want more information, or feel that you need legal representation, please feel free to email me directly at [email protected]. It's my pleasure to assist in any way that I can.
