Bringing back a dismissed case
I had a cased dismissed in 11/2004. I was told that the DA can bring back the case, but has to do so in three years. Is this true? Is there a time limi?.

Most crimes have time limits, but those limits vary from one crime to another. Without knowing what you were charged with there is no way to determine the corresponding limitations period. Even with that information, I would also need to know how much time elapsed between the commission of the alleged crime and the filing of charges, since the clock was ticking away during that period.
