my bro being held on a assault on senior he was drunk she got scared an now hes lookin at 4yrs the victim talked to me an said its all out of hand only wanted to scare him to get drug help she says DA wont . listen we go bk to court thur in ca.should I tell pub def about her an my conversation is there any Hope?
