Can landlord get into the private property with out notifice the tenant. No emergency happend in the property

No, a landlord, under normal residential leasehold circumstances, may not enter into your private residence while you are in lawful possession of said premises without the proper notice requirements. If a landlord does so, this could be deemed an unlawful trespass among other things.
