Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
my brother just got arrested for his old priscribtion pills and a small amount of marijuana, and was charged with three felonies.they said the marijuana, barley 2 joints worth, wich was all broken up, was "CONSITRATED" marijuana, when in actuality it was only broken up leaves, not very potant at all.help please he cant afford a lawyer
