Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
My brother is being charged for house burglary. The thing is he was already going to do time for a 2nd degree burglary which was going to be four months. My question is how much more time can he be doing if her gets convicted for the house burglary?

The maximum amount for the offense. First degree burglary is 6 years unless it is a third strike then it is 25 years minimum.
