Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
My brother is in a criminal case and today his attorney shows up late and staggering and smells of alcohol another attorney was going to fill in however the jury was told that court will continue on tuesday. yesterday he was asked a question and went he left the court room inside the lobby his attorney was beligerent and said" you fuckin blew it" is there enough to get case dropped or mistrial?

Not enough to get the case dismissed, however there may be enough to geta new trial if there are sufficient witnesses
