Help me with my brother!!!!!!!!! Desperate in Southern California

First, I would appreciate any assistance from your office to help my brother,whom I love dearly!!In short my brother was arrested last night at his residence for manufacturing of meth anphetamine. Now I know that first thought is ''Great another one of these drug peddlers pushing garbage''But this is truly different.My brother is 37 ,married for six years,at the same place of employment for 10years!No arrests ever! Not the common portrate of someone involved in this kind of drug or lifestyle.About 13 months ago his best friend informed that he tried yhe drug first time--I in turn talked to my brother about the dangers of what a drug of that caliber can do to a persons life.My brother was the only child in our family that never did anything with drugs or alcohal.While my sister and I did our fair share of experimenting in our youth, my brother always chose not to!!His arraignment is monday,bail is $100,000,what shouldI exspect?How to prepare?Please help me w any and all info that can help me save my brother! Thank you for your attention!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I agree with everything the previous two attorney's have stated. First off this is a Felony which can and will result in State Prison if your brother is found guilty. We defense lawyers don't typically make judgments about our clients or their activities. They've been arrested, and they deserve a defense because the Constitution and the laws of this state provide for one. No judgments are necessary. 2d, as Barry Sands said, these are serious charges. He needs a lawyer. Find one in his area, wherever he was busted. At the first court appearance, which could be Monday or Tuesday (probably Tuesday, depending on which court he goes to), his lawyer will have an opportunity to make a motion to reduce his bail based on all the things that you related here. Then the police reports will be available to his attorney, and he and the attorney can begin to determine what his best defense will be to the charges.
