Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

my brother was involved/work with company that investigate with fraud ,same of the partners was arrest ,my brother left the state, he want to came back but want to be sure that he have no warrant, how can I obtain the police report I got the number,but the police do not want to give the case to me because I am not in the case. the casefro

You are either going to have to go to the actual courthouse where the case was filed, or have an attorney do this for you and find out if your brother was named as a defendant and if there is a warrant.
