Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

my brother is in jail for rape tu under age girl / and with investigation courts and lots of time after there is investigatoins results the findings were that it was all a set up by the girl and other coworkers and his cuetion was how he has to behave in front of a judge talk what he has to focus on what to say to fairly win his case ?

He will talk himself into jail unless his family helps him retain experienced counsel. He should not say anything at all in court and let his lawyer do the talking. Call me for more information.

He should get a lawyer to represent him, and he should follow the lawyer's advice. He shouldn't even *think* of doing this on his own.

There is a way to learn what you are asking us to teach you. It's called law school. It takes three years (starting after college) if you do it full-time, and it's very expensive. This site can't possibly give your brother all the knowledge and skills he would need. And even if he were actually a lawyer, he would *still* be much better off with another lawyer representing him.

He should get a good private attorney if at all possible. It will be expensive, but this is a major emergency. The remainder of his life will be shaped by what happens in this case. If he and your family truly can't afford to hire someone, he should get a public defender. They're skilled lawyers but they're overworked and won't be able to give him enough time.
