Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

my brother has a mental handicap collects social security met a girl on a 18+ dating website she lived in hesperia we live in moreno valley he asked my cousin to give him a ride so he did they went to the girls house met the brother and the mom stayed for about an hour the girl told the mom that they were gonna go to the park and hang out. my cousin is a big 6'3" guy has real short hair and a big goatee my brother is shorter and skinny but also has alot of facial hair. they went to the park a school was getting out the girl had claimed she was 19 years old a cop came and arrested my brother on the charge of P.C. 288.3 contact minor w/intent of sex she was only 15 he is now in county jail. can they charge him with this if she claims shes 19 and we have proof of this? he has a prior felony im not sure if it is a strike i belive it is for some kind of threat. what can i do to help him? his bail is 25000 we are not rich and dont have 2500 to bail him out i printed out the girls online dating web page and the messages from him to her. is this considered entrapment? please someone let me know im very worried for him and he calls me crying he cant go to prison he wouldnt survive

Your brother has a very serious case. Obviously, the D.A.'s office doesn't believe your version. You need a hard-fighting attorney, but that's expensive. If he has the Public Defender's office, they may not be able to give your brother the time he needs as they ususally have many cases each day.
