Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
my brother is in prison for a life sentence that involved a murder. He was convicted at 17 and is trying to reopen his case (appeal) We are thinking of hiring an appeal specialist in criminal field... what would i need to do? is there any good appeal lawyers out there? (southern california)He just told me that they will be sending him to county jail in a few months. not exactly sure why yet but he has been contacting some people.
