Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
My brother recently pled to the following charges: 273.5 (a) (1) w/ 273.5 (e) (1) w/ 667. My question is, if he re-offends, can this plee be considered a "hidden strike?" Are these charges considered to be violent crime charges?

I don't know why he pled guilty. These are violent crimes and yes, for all I know someone may call them one or more strikes in the future.
