Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
My brothers criminal record
My brother has had a number of brushes with the law over the past 25 years. How does he find out exactly what's on his criminal record and whether or not his convictions make him a candidate for Calif's three strikes law? Can I do this for him with his written permission?

He can get his own rap sheet which can then be read and interpreted by a criminal lawyer. You can help him get his own rap sheet, or his lawyer can get it for him and then interpret it. Since he's going to need the lawyer in either event, might as well have the lawyer get the rap sheet. If you'd like to talk to me further about this, don't hesitate to call.
