if you brout a bb gun to school and after school one of your frends took the gun and shot a kid then the kid called the cops

First do not discuss this with anyone but your attorney. Retain an attorney to represent you as soon as possible. You could be charged as an aider and abettor, having a gun on school grounds and other possible charges. If there is a gang enhancement then the consequences now and in the future go way up. When you say school I am assuming that you are under 18 years of age, even if this is a juvenile court case it has the potential of having serious consequences in the future.
