burglary
260.000 is a bit high for burglary charge nothing was taken ,should i ask for bail hearing

Yes, $260,000 is more than bail schedule. However, prior convictions and sentence enhancements might play a role. Get a good lawyer. Asking for bail hearing should not hurt.
