Charge-459 pc-burgloary second degree is this a felony or is it a misdomeanor?

It is a so-called wobbler which can be charged as either a felony or misdemeanor. At any event, possible significant immigration consequences if that is an issue.

it is a wobbler it can be charged as either a misdemeanor or a felony. I can usually however get a misdemeanor or even a trespass if the facts support it.
