be closed, not be a gravity knife, and not be a switch blade knife. Not be over 3 inches. Yes, I will NOT BUY KNIFE!!! I will arrest for carry swiss army knife? It's

a small swiss army knife?

You can buy a knife as long as it is legal, but you must also be careful where and how you carry it. You cannot carry it into a courthouse, or on school grounds, or through the TSA checkpoint at the airport.
