Buying drugs case.

In 2002 I was arrested for buying $10 of drugs, they sentanced me to 90 days in co. jail, but cause of my health they let out my health is still not the best but I want to fix this, (I been clean since arrest). With letter from my doctor can I get house arrest or other but jail? Can you help me? Turning myself in very soon. If I''m getting my ID at DMV will I be arrested? Thank You.

It is very possible that you don't have to go back to jail. You don't say why you're planning to surrender, but before you do, it is easy to find out what the actual situation is.
