buying goods
if you suspect something is stolen and buy it anyway, is that illegal and can it be charged as a felony? plwase help!!!

It depends on how strong the suspicion and based on what. But if you knowingly buy property which you believe to be stolen, you could be guilty of receiving stolen property. If you are uncomfortable, you should go back to the seller and ask to reverse the transaction. If he/she won't go along with that, then you may, depending on the exact circumstances, wish to consider going to the police and tell them you have been getting uneasy after you bought this property and whether this property fits any description of anything reported stolen. This will help show your lack of criminal intent. As to whether it is a felony, it depends how much the value of the property is.
