Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

Buying Salvia

Is it legal to buy a drug called salvia? Apparently the effects are like marijuana. As you well know we live in a police state where everything under the sun is illegal, so I wanted to find a legal way to get high. I live in California and was wondering if I could buy it over the internet, also does it matter if I order it from another state via the internet?

Re: Buying Salvia

In case you are overlooking this option, see if you can get a doctor's recommendation for marijuana and, if you can, you could then smoke, vaporize or eat it legally under California state law, provided the amount you possess is always under a legal limit. Contrary to common perceptions, the law does not require you to be seriously ill in order to have permission to use pot. A doctor can recommend marijuana for any medical problem for which marijuana provides relief. Headaches and chronic pain belong to very legitimate reasons.
