Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
CA law vs WA law???
I have a question. I was charged with California Penal code 515(c) on September 2003 which comes up as ''ATTEMPING TO FIGHT IN PUBLIC''. DSHS ( department social health services ) considers that an assualt in the 4th degree and is banning to work one on one with children or developmentally disabled adults. Is that okay and what can I do to prove to them I have changed? Also it's not considered and assualt in the 4th degree in California so why are they bringing this charge up? Please help me I need advice and to see what I can do. Thank you

I am not sure of the question. Did the matter go to trial or are you facing charges currently. 515 is an agravating factor that effects sentencing. Call me directly at 6192223504.
