Re: California concealed knife laws

Your question does not provide a lot of facts surrounding the circumstances under which you are asking it. So in generally most state laws apply to situations on private property, public property or otherwise.

Take murder, for example, using a generally definition such as the killing of a human being with malice. This crime is generally illegal weather on private property or public property. However, how the situation occurred could have a direct effect on the circumstances and therefore may have an effect on the out come.

Your question as to if California State Knife laws apply to private property? would cause me to ask is the property in California? and if it is, then generally they would apply. However since you have not specified which knife laws you are referring to or what the circumstances are in which the knife laws are being brought into the situation I can not give you even a guess as to any type of answer. So either get specific, or find an attorney and directly ask the attorney your question and provide them with the necessary facts to make an intelligent analysis of the situation.

Good luck
