Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
IN California, what constitutes prostitution with regards to hiring a massage? Some therapists ask if you would like a "happy ending", others advertise they offer sensual massage. If a therapist is engaged in giving a massage and then proceeds to give a sensual massage of private nature but does not ask for additional $$ is that illegal. Where does the act of touching a person intimately become illegal in this state?

If you are asking, you are rationalizing. No one asks if a legitimate massage is legitimate. Any one who gives or asks you about happy endings is a prostitute.
