Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
I have a California county card for medical marijuana and want to know if there would be any complications for my wife who is a school bus driver(and is drug free and tested regularly) if I grow my alotted amount at my house?

It could be. The answer to your question involves a great deal of speculation. If you are not home, and the house is raided because the neighbors complained about the tall marijuana plants growing in your back yard, I can see some complications. Or if you are home, but the police feel that you have an excess of marijuana growing in the back yard, which is currently deemed to be more than the marijuana you need for your patient needs. (There is no alloted amount, any longer, after the California Supreme Court's decision in People v. Kelly, which will lead to more arrests, not less.) Maybe some teenagers will see your small pot farm and climb the fence, and trouble will break out as you try to protect your stash. Or maybe they get caught with it, and to get out of trouble in juvenile court, they rat on you and say you are the dealer. I can see all kinds of problems.
