Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
This is a California Criminal legal question:
If someone is sentenced to 2 year joint suspended, and violates probation, ending up serving the 2 years, is that person still on probation? Or, is the case closed?

Probation is terminated but the person may be on either parole or mandatory supervision.
