Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
CALIFORNIA LAW: Have been on parole for 14 months, want to submit for "early release" of a 3 year parole at 18 months. Want to know if there is a "model habeas" one may use to submit to the court for same. Am aware of CA PENAL CODE 1203.3 re: "early release of probation" , but do not know if this applies to Parole or just probation. Guess this was two questions.

A Petition for Habeas Corpus is a complicated motion, not a fill-in-the-blank form. I believe Mr. Hoffman (on this site) handles these type of post-conviction matters. Good luck!
