Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

California PC 273.6

Can I file an appeal in the court of appeal on a restraining order that included a move-out order that kicked me out b4 I knew what was going on? We had ALREAD moved apart this was just a way to gain the upper hand in court. I do not think the court knew she lived with her parents ALREADY, and just moved a friend to where I was livening. . . Therefore, I guess I am ATLEAST fighting the MOVE-OUT order.

In addition, If I have APPEALS in my pc 273.6 (mis so it is in app. div. in Superior court) and the court of APPEAL (third dist. CA) would they allow me to consolidate both appeals in 3DCA? So one court could rule?

I would run this by the attorney you hired to fight the kick-out order. You certainly are not going to get anywhere on appeal without an attorney.
