Does California State Law require a resident or a company in California to honor an out of state grand jury subpoena for a criminal investigation?
If it is for an IP address, does the Federal Law TITLE 18 > PART I > CHAPTER 121 > 2703 "Required disclosure of customer communications or records" require the company to honor said subpoena?

Depends if they applied for an out of state subpoena or if it is a federal one then it is valid.
